Im new here and have a question. How do you store your cupcakes before the icing and after??
The reason why is that I have tried to store some without icing on in a plastic bag and the baking cup was starting to loosend from the cake the next day.
How can I prevent this and will this happend if it goes in the freezer too??

I use those Ziploc containers. They make some that are long and not real tall, like a 9 x 13 size pan. They're air tight and you could put them in the freezer also. I use them for iced or uniced cupcakes.
