I'm wanting to try this and trying to figure out what the majority does, so I thought, why not do a poll...
If you use a different amount than on the poll please post to share how much you use.
Do *you* add the coffee creamer to just the box mix or do you use a doctored mix (pudding added), the cake extender recipe or another doctored way of making a cake?

I use the powdered creamer, usually 2 T per boxed mix, along with my usual modifications: one extra egg, one box instant pudding mix, 1/4-1/3 cup less water.
I try to find interesting and complementary combinations of creamer, pudding, and cake mix.

I use the pumpkin spice and it is fantastic. I use it in place of all of the liquid, plus add a little cinnamon to the cake mix. I have sold quite a few cakes in this flavor.

I've been using the Vanilla/Caramel and Vanilla/Hazelnut in yellow and French vanilla DH cake mixes. The French vanilla ones have been coming out like pound cake consistency, but not quite as heavy.
I also use 1 packet of Dream Whip, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of the coffee creamer.

You really do.. It is fantastic!! I use the vanilla caramel most of the time. It is sooooooooo wonderful. I need to venture out and try more of the flavors.
I use liquid in place of all the water. However, some flavors only come in the powder her so I still use those too.
I have added the liquid creamer to the bc dream recipe and it was good. But only the vanilla...have any of you tried the different flavors in your bc?
I haven't tried adding coffee creamer to cake or frosting yet (but I can't wait to try!). When you add coffee creamer to your buttercream does it need to be refrigerated?
