I just finished my three tiered wedding cake and it is not assembled. It is made of crisco buttercream and it is filled with the same. Can or should I store it in the refrigerator or on the counter? What would be best?

I store all my wedding cakes in the fridge..

I always store my decorated cakes in the fridge, especially after mysterious ants appeared from nowhere! Also, I feel like it kinda "sets" the icing before delivery.
