I need help with a 11 year old boys cake. He want's a motorcross theme cake. I had thought about making some cake hills and frosting them and making a track around the cake and putting a couple dirt bikes racing on it. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks icon_razz.gif

That sounds fine. If you click on gallery and then do a search on the word motorcycle or motorcross, there are several more that may give you more inspiration.

Here is a link to one picture from the gallery.

I did a cake with dirt bikes jumping from one mound to the other. It turned out pretty good. I used toy motorcycles and at each end of the cake I made mounds with icing but flattened them out like a dirt track. I did green grass around the dirt track and put flags waving in the air around the track. I don't have a picture of mine. I did it before I had a digital camera but hopefully you can get the idea of what I'm talking about. Good luck!
