How long do you store buttercream for? Some say up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Do you find it to still be fresh in 2 weeks? I'm making a cake for the 27th so it won't be 2 weeks. I'm guessing will be fine to make tomorrow and store until then?

i made my stuff fresh for a paid cake like that within that week -- i wanted all the buttery vanilla rich smells wafting around the cake table -- but buttercream will last for months -- two weeks is no problem -- maybe spice up the vanilla a bit -- and i mean wrap it up like a mummy -- you'll have thanksgiving smells all going in there if you're in the us,
