Hi everyone, I am going to be making a wedding cake for a bride who wants black scroll work on Rich's white Better Creme.  Should I use black butter cream to pipe the scroll work, or try to color the Better Creme black?  I'm concerned that I won't be able to get the Better Creme a true black, but I also saw that you shouldn't mix butter cream with Better Creme.  Any advice would be appreciated.
