I’ve shaped and glued my pieces together w buttercream. Wrapped tightly n triple wrapped w Saran Wrap. Can I freeze this until next week? Or leave as us in a cool dry place? Will the buttercream get spoiled?
I would just put it in the fridge, but you could freeze it, if you wanted to. It is just a quirk of mine, but I never leave cakes of any kind, and that would include the RKT's with buttercream, at room temperature.
You could leave it out, but personally I’d freeze if you can’t work on your rct piece till next week. I’ve only ever left our rct’s pieces if I’ve covered with chocolate first. Then it’s well sealed.
