Any tips on putting light in cakes please. I want to light up 3 houses in Christmas village in Christmas fruit cake and never done before. Thanks so much.

use lights with a remote control like the flameless candles -- or...

i used lights on my cake stand once -- in a different post, you mentioned the on off switches, I used wired lights so that I could switch them off & on -- that's the only way I know how to do it -- and that was 15 years ago so I am not up on the latest and greatest lights available nowadays -- but if you want to get an idea of how to hide those switches --

about a third of the way down the first page of this demo -- you see I start making the stand -- you'll see a white pagoda style looking photo (which is the bones of the stand without the cakes) -- the next photos after that i show how i hid the apparatus --

just gotta figure out how to hide wires or use lights with a remote control like the flame less candles --
