Hi everyone! I searched for this topic and did not find a thread so apologies if this has been discussed.

Has anyone else had issues finding Sam's Club Buttercreme in stock? With the pandemic I'm having so much trouble getting it for all my cake/cupcake orders. Does anyone have a substitute that I can buy in bulk but does not have meringue powder, so as to not need refrigerated? I'm getting so frustrated! 

I have tried Celebakes Buttercream from CK Products but it has meringue and I also don't care for the taste. Plus it's super sweet.

Any suggestions would be so helpful! Thanks in advance!

idk -- if you have any of the too sweet stuff try to tamp it down with a bit of salt, white balsamic vinegar, almond extract, lemon extract -- something to trim that sweet smack off -- beer? hahahahaha
