does anyone have an icing recipe that works best woth the russian piping tips. I tried one that came out so-so. I think I need one with a stiffer consistency. Thanks
I can’t help w/recipe but just wanted to say I’ve read sooo much about the troubles people have w/those tips....& yyes from reading it needs to be stiff. Have you tried googling it?
I have a few of the tips but have only used them once. I used a moderately stiff ABC and they worked pretty well. I did make it about as stiff as if I were piping roses.
I had great result with smbc using this recipe (add 1 Tbsp of vanilla or other flavoring, it's missing in the ingredient. I never had luck with abc.
