My grandma used to make a sheet cake that we all always called nut cake. No one has her recipe anymore and I only have a partial recipe which was basically ingredients. It was sugary on the top and kind of gooey in the center and it wasn't very thick, more like cake/cookie bars thickness.

Can anyone help me with this recipe??

The ingredients I know are in it are:

Yellow cake mix

Pecans

Cream cheese

1 stick of butter

Eggs

Cinnamon

This sounds like it could be it.  It is a Pillsbury recipe, the type many of us grew up using.

If you cannot reply, just start a new post with the same name.
