I thought I’d ask everyone here about this one before I dive into making a mold.  LOL

I need to make a bridge, it’ll be from compound chocolate and will attach to a cake.

It needs to be long and narrow but with substantial depth.

Instead of freehanding it I really think a mold would be best.  I saw one online but it’s too small.

Thoughts on where I might find one?

If I were required to do this, I would make a skeleton from wire and cover it with modeling chocolate or fondant.  I am too chicken to take a change on something like this without a structure.  Just tell folks that it is not edible.
