I do the plain cakes a lot for Mike and me, especially pound cakes. We don't like too much icing with our cake. It looks pretty, but I find it overpowers the cake. For myself, I prefer fruit with my cake to ice cream, but I do like them both.

Look at you guys....SO Healthy with all the fresh fruit! I can do strawberries, but the others, except in muffins..not so much. And Un-iced cake? In my book, that's listed under 'Not finished yet'. lol
I am a sugar junkie! So much so that I am never without a jar (yes jar or can) of frosting in my fridge for those 'I Have to have something Sweet right now' moments. Today I am good, because I made a double batch of cream chees frosting to go with the rolls last week. This is probably why my teeth have begun breaking off, left and right.
Thanks, june, for the link to the knitting. I will keep it for when I am ready to do something with the blanket. If I go in to You Tube, without a time limit, I will waste a good portion of the night. And I have too many TV shows to get to tonight. lol
