Anyone made these? I want some for my daughter's birthday cake. I've tried a few times and am failing. Firstly the mix is quite runny when I dip them but seems to all gloop up on the bottom and I end up with a gummy mess at the bottom of the balloon which won't dry. Secondly I seem to get a lot of air bubbles and don't seem to be able to get rid. Any tips would be really appreciated. Thanks

Go into tutorials and look up bubbles and there are a few tutorials avail.  I know there are some on you tube that may be helpful.

I've never made gelatin bubbles, but I have made fairy wings and know that you must skim the bubbles off the surface of the melted gelain mixture a few times before  using it for your project.  As to the bottom of your bubbles drying, have you tried hanging them so the air can circulate all the way around?
