Hi I'm baking a baby shower reveal cake for my cousin she wants a naked 4 layers  cake for about 30 people and I wondering if I should use a 10in round or a 12in round pan.thank you

10"x4" (2 layer) cake will yield 30-35 servings 1"x2"x4".   You can torte (cut into layers) each 2" layer so the final cake would have 4 layers.  If they want bigger servings or left-overs then use the 12".
