On this site in the recipes, there is a Butter Pecan Mousse recipe that is out of this world!!!

Butter Pecan cake with Cream Cheese frosting is my all time favorite! I've never done a filling but maybe you could mix some actual pecans with the cream cheese frosting and fill it with that.

I had a butter pecan cake with the coconut/pecan/caramel icing that people normally put on german chocolate cakes. It was probably one of the best cakes I have ever tasted!!!

Oh....My.....goodness....I didn't know there was a recipe for Butterpecan cake!!!!! I have GOT to make this!!!!

I used almond custard once everyone loved it!!

I do it with Maple buttercream using real maple extract (instead of vanilla or butter or almond). It's the family's favorite combination.

I always use cream cheese filling as well and everyone seems to love the combo.

Brown Sugar BC, the butterpecan cake, creamcheese icing, ( is this bc or not?) Sometimes I feel so silly with all of these ???? I'm still so new and I think I could pick your guys brains for years!!!
