I'm planning on a cupcake tray for a party, and I'm planning on putting lindor truffles in the middle. I don't want them to melt all the way, I want there still to be truffle in the middle when its opened. I'm planning to do a trial with my aunt. One in 5 minutes after its put in the oven, and one right after it's taken out of the oven. Has anyone done this before and what were your results?
