just not understanding how to do the wrist to hold the tip out  when making the second and third row of petals holding the bag with back of bag across the shoulder are you tilting the bag backwards are you tilting  the bag side ways with your wrist thanks

The tip really stays the same (pointing straight up), but you just tilt it by moving the wrist slightly to your left keeping the back of the bag pointing to your shoulder  This should result in the tip pointing to c;ose to 11:00 for the 2nd row and not quite to the 10:00 for the row of 7 petals. 

In review:  The wrap is done with the tip straight up & down (12:00); the triangle of petals is done with the tip tilted just a tiny bit by twisting your wrist to the left; the 2nd row of petals twist the wrist to 11:00 and the 3rd row of petals twist even a bit more - almost to 10:00     Does that help?
