Help! My Vanilla Cake Won't Cooked In The Bottom.

It just started with my old oven,i thought it was the oven , then got a new one and its giving me the same result with vanilla cake, but whenever i bake oil base chocolate its comes out good, pls help!!!! my customers too complaining the cake not cooked in the bottom,it has never happen to me since I started baking.

How is the heating element on the bottom of your oven? I had to replace mine a couple months ago, and the uncooked bottoms stopped.
