Does anyone know what pattern tool was used to create the pattern on this cake? 

Hmmm....is it possible they rolled fondant on a fondant impression may with those shapes and then cute every SINGLE one out?!?! Because they look like they’ve been painted and laid on top of the blue...

Seems to me there’s a mold for that design or a cutter but I have no idea where to get it
