I just got an airbrush setup for decorating cakes I tried twice on Swiss buttercream one was fine the other seemed like color wouldn’t stick I used red and the outcome looked brownish
I like Swiss because it’s smooth n fluffy but is Swiss buttercream a good option to use airbrush decorating or would American buttercream be better or is there a way to firm up Swiss buttercream to hold the color better
I usedair brush color plus water or luster dust and alcohol to air brush on swiss meringue and never had any trouble -- what kind of coloring did you use?
