I've seen a lot of people making the fault line design and decided to give it a try. This is a gift for my aunt. It's 5 layers of chocolate cake. It's filled with caramel cream, pecans, caramel sauce, and chocolate ganache. It's frosted with dulce de leche ermine frosting, and an upside down double drip. The fault is filled with pecans. It's topped with more pecans, chocolate ganache, and caramel sauce.

This was also my first time doing an upside down drip. Flipping it was nerve wracking!! This is a HEAVY cake!

Wow what people don't think up!  Since I recently saw a fault line I've been intreeged   That must be a VERY expensive cake!  Better come up w/some pricing before you get people wanting to order it :)
