I Can't Change My Email Address?

I have been trying for over a month and every time it goes to a "Whoops! Something went wrong" page. Anyone have any work around on this? Thanks!

Just a guess —bet it has something to do with the other problems on the site right now

Thanks! I wrote to Jackie & no response. I've been trying for over a month already. Pretty soon my old email will be bye bye! :(
