How To Resolve Epson printer Wi-Fi Connection Problems

Print Network Connection Report

If your Epson printer is failing to connect with Wi-Fi then you must print a network connection report and identify the problem. The connection report is divided into three parts—A, B, and C. The part—A, displays the status of items like:

Wireless Network Name (SSID)
Communication Mode
Security Mode
MAC Address Filtering
Security Key/Password
IP Address
In the network, connection report look for the status “pass” in front of the technical keywords mentioned in the above checklist. In case of the status "fail", you can click the option for solution. The solution will be displayed in the part—B. The solutions for all the possible problems are given below:

Wireless Network Name (SSID)
Sometimes it so happens that you try to a wireless network but your Epson printer won't connect to Wi-Fi

In such case switch off the access point and then turn it on and again try to perform the network setup. Make sure that your wireless network name (SSID) is correct. Check the part–C for the correct wireless network name (SSID).
If you are trying to establish the connection through WPS then make sure that the access point supports WPS.
If you are trying to connect the printer to the PC then make sure that both printer and PC are turned on.
