My Husband and I are wanting to open up a legal bakery in the state of Indiana. We understand the cottage food laws however, we are actually going to convert our shed into a Bakery so we can be an actual legal business. Just trying to figure out what all we need like three basin sink, venting, sprinklers, etc. Just coming up with our business plan and am looking at all the costs involved (not taking out loans.) I have tried to call my local health department but, they don't take phone calls here lol not sure where else to look to see what all we need!
