Hello fellow cake artists. I have been asked to make a wedding cake with a mountain theme on it. They sent me a photo and I need your opinions on how to go about placing the mountains on the sides of the cake. I was either thinking fondant in different layers or buttercream. With buttercream either spreading it on with a pallet knife or using a stencil. What do you think?
