When I print out a graduation cap image can I cut out that image and put on cake or do I need to put the whole sheet on . If I cut out the cap will I have to place a border all way round the image to seal it? Thanks in advance.

I’ve worked w/wafer paper—not sure how the two differ   Yes you can cut it out   I suggest you put it on a thin plaque of fondant Using a very, very thin coating of piping gel on the fondant— spread it w/your spatula, scrape it off & wipe it w/ a paper towel before placing the image- it should be slightly sticky   That’s the best I can suggest
