I tried it and it does taste good. I just about ate the whole cake. It was a test cake. I found LMF recipe on another website that Liz Marek put  and she said to put 1 tablespoon less of water of you live in a humid area. I put it in the fridge and took it out room temperature and found it held well. I find it does get soft though after a few hours.

I use LMF all the time and keep my cakes refrigerated until time for delivery.  When delivering, I use Sedar Yenner's portable cooler (which used bottles of frozen water) to keep the cake cold.
