I am making a cake (3 tier) for my best friend's 50th birthday. I am doing the cake layers/fillings myself however I need help with covering the cakes with fondant. I plan on doing the decoration myself however I am NOT experienced in covering cake tiers with fondant and think that I need some help. Is there anybody in the Orlando area that would be willing to help with this. I would be happy to pay you for your time. I have reached out to a few local independent cake makers but they were either too busy or didn't want to cover a cake that was not theirs.

Sorry, I am too far away to help.  Does it have to be fondant?  Buttercream is raising in popularity right now.  Personally, I hate fondant and usually use ganache instead, if I need a perfect surface.
