Hi, I'm new here and new to baking really! I've always made my kids birthday cakes (age 9 and 11 now so had some practise!) but lately purple have been asking me to make cakes for them. I don't mind this at all and have managed with no problems so far. 

That is until now.. My auntie has asked me to make 40 royal Iced cookies, 40 baby face cupcakes and a baby shower cake for my cousins baby shower on Sunday

You can bake them all now except the cupcakes and freeze them   Wrap well in plastic wrap/plastic bag     The cupcakes should be done as last second as possible   The cookies can be iced/decorated Wednesday,  the cake Friday giving you Saturday to do the cupcakes    Are you going to Use b’cream or fondant?   Make the b’cream Thursday—especially the colors needed  or color the fondant
