Hello I am looking into getting the Nicholas lodge pro fower set. And I watched his videos on YouTube and seen that he had a mat that measured the size of the gumpaste or fondant. I am looking to get that and cant find it . Thanks so much. 

Did you look on his website shop? He sells just about everything that he uses.  If it's the one with a ruler and has circles to measure balls of fondant, he includes a card board one free with the order.

I looked on his website and I couldn't find the gum paste gauge (the sheet with different size holes for measuring gum paste).  As rychevamp said, I know he includes a paper one free with any order.  He always suggests gluing it to a piece of cardboard and cutting out the holes so it lasts longer.
