Not exactly a baking question, but can truffles be stored in the freezer? I'm making the real easy ones with chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Thanks!

they keep good in the fridge -- I haven't frozen mine but that's probably ok -- test it

Truffles keep very well in the freezer.  Just make sure they're double-wrapped and no air can get in.
