3-Tier Wedding Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Has anyone used the "Decorators cream cheese frosting" recipe to make a wedding cake? The bride has insisted only cream cheese frosting. I just want to be sure it's stable enough that the cake doesn't sag before the wedding in August.

My first thought was "oh, it will sag"! I love cream cheese frosting but I don't trust it! -K8memphis has a great recipe using white balsamic vinegar which is a stable substitute or Lorann makes a Cream Cheese emulsion, which I've used a bunch of times, that works great.
