For the past 10 years I only do cakes and cupcakes. The last 3 years I added cakepops and its kept me pretty busy. Ive been asked on several occasions to quote a dessert table. How much do I charge a dessert table? and being there is so much more inventory to have on hand, has it been profitable for you?
