Happy Women's day to all lovely ladies over here.
I am making this kind of cake . My question is, how do I balance this real martini glass with a fondant topper inside the glass over the cake? I am worried about the weight of the glass + fondant topper, which may result them to sink in the cake. How do I do that? Thank you so much in advance.
pretend it's a cake tier and put a few dowel under a fondant covered board -- bam!
but if it's to be delivered put it on after delivery
Yeah what she said ^^^ Cut a cake board the size needed to hold the glass and cover w/fondant. 3 dowels in a triangle fashion is all that's needed to support it. And yes, place after delivery :)
