Fixed it! Damp q-tip.

Yep. damp q-tip……….wipe, toss.  new clean q-tip.  Wipe, toss.  new clean q-tip.  Wipe, toss.    this way whatever black that you wipe off, stays off, & does not just get smeared around.

Yes, Q-Tips to the rescue.  I use alcohol instead of water because it does not leave a shine.

Oh alcohol is a good idea. I just dabbed more PS on it and steamed the entire tier after I was completely done with it.
