Hi all,

I am a little out of touch with my cake baking/decorating and am making my brother-in-laws wedding cake.

My future sister-in-law has requested a two tier, semi-naked cake to feed 110 guests. I was wondering what size to make the tiers? I don't want them too big. I was thinking worse case I can make the main cake and then a cutting cake to be kept out of sight.

I have provided an image to show what look I am hoping to achieve.
