I am making a pokemon cake. This thing is due TOMORROW and I can’t get the arms to stay on. This is the first time I’ve used a sphere pan so idk if that has anything to do with it. They are little flap arms not very heavy. I planned to use a toothpick to stick them in the cake but it is ripping through the cake immediately. I’ll can’t figure out how to attach pics so I will add them to my gallery . Please help me fix this!

My suggestion would be to add more toothpicks   Not sure it will be the answer but that’s what I would do

maybe try using melted chocolate to attach and put the toothpicks underneath it to keep it from breaking down -- or better yet use a skewer that you can stick into the board underneath the cake -- if that all fails pipe them on --
