Deposit Or 'booking Fee'??

I found this quote/reply on another site and thought for all of you taking 'deposits'  it's a 'must read' to think about.

............" Deb Irby One of the things I found out also is that if you use the word deposit and the customer pays with a credit card and then cancels and disputes the "deposit" the card refunds the customer and backs the transaction out of your bank. I did research and my deposit is now a non refundable booking fee."
