Not that I know of. I make white chocolate ganache, white chocolate fondant, and white chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream, but have never added white chocolate to cake. I've never used any kind of melted chocolate in a cake, always cocoa powder.

Just a tought... maybe adding a box of white chocolate pudding or replacing the milk by white chocolate coffee creamer into your regular vanilla sponge would do the trick?
