I have two requests for whipped frosting this week. Honestly, have only made American buttercream, and that's all any of my customers have ever wanted. Anyway, I wanted to test a recipe before using. I tried this: https://www.cakecentral.com/recipe/2019/whipped-cream-buttercream-frosting  but it is very gritty. I did exactly as the recipe states, for the times it states. I'm not sure about the taste either, but I am used to American buttercream as I stated. Does anyone have an awesome recipe for "whipped frosting" that my clients are wanting this week? Please and thank you!

I should add that I need it to be non-refrigerated, and stable to offer piping.

Again, I agree with -K8memphis and kakeladi.  I know of no whipped cream frosting that will not require refrigeration.
