Thanks for sharing that Kate!  Stress relief, sharing and giving out what I've made are all mood lifters to me.  It's not my business so they are gifts from me.  Of course eating it myself is also a mood lifter ;)

I also read a super interesting (now where was that....Instagram??) piece - and the fact that I can't remember where is not meant as a joke at all - where women with dementia who are even non-verbal found joy and remembered what to do when given the opportunity to bake. (Muscle memory of sorts.)  

That was a fun read and a good temporary distraction in my day - now back to the grindstone!
