Hi, I’m making a bûche de Noel for Christmas dinner tomorrow. I made the sponge today and rolled it in a towel, but I’m wondering how to store it until tomorrow. Do I keep it in the towel? And am I supposed to refrigerate it?

can you fill it and roll tonight and then put in fridge
