Looking for ideas on how to best achieve this snowy look.  Any help greatly appreciated. Trying For This Snowy Look....

This could be a course sanding sugar or ground wafer paper, but I would use ground coconut just because I like it.

Agree with Sandra about the sanding sugar, but I think it’s ground wafer paper. Could be a combo of sanding sugar & ground wafer paper...with perhaps ground coconut.
