I used Renshaw Navy fondant to cover a cake and it’s twrrivly faded and cracked. Delivery is later today. What can I do?

Do you have a picture?  Usually if fondant is a little dried out I add some vegetable shortening to it and knead it into submission.  If it's already on the cake that might be a different story.

I guess if it was delivered today, it is too late, but my first thought was to paint it with gel color mixed with alcohol or spray it with Wilton spray colors.  I've used the Wilton spray on black fondant that was faded and it works perfectly.
