Hi I'm looking for a recipe for a pumpkin roll.
I made one last week it turned out OK. It didn't fall apart or anything, but after sit in the refrigerator for a day or two it was kind of tough. So I'm not sure if it was a bad recipe, or if I did something wrong. I don't think I over baked it at all. I followed directions and took it out as soon as it was done.

Well, first off, I think any cake that sits in the fridge for a few days will be fairly stiff. But I love the recipe from Sally's Baking Addiction. :)
