Hello, was wondering if anyone has used Accolade White Margarine? I am having a really hard time finding bulk unsalted white margarine. Does anyone know where I can order a full case? I don't even mind breaking a 50 lb case into individual 1 lbs, but I am unable to locate.
GFS no longer sells white unstaled margarine :(. I ordered a 50 ob case of salted white margarine and it was gritty and had minor chucks of butter and my icing would not smooth out, looked horrible!
Any assistance would be appreciated!
Never heard of it :( Have you triedusing a recipe like this: https://www.cakecentral.com/recipe/22469/2-icing The long slow mixing results in smooth, white, easy to pipe ABC. And maybe you just need to mix what you bought more.......
