Can't Reach The Site Admin About Crowdfunding An Affordable Sheeter And The Applicable Advertising/posting Policies

Hi all. Is there anyone who can help me reach the site administrator or owner? We have a crowdfunding product that is intended for bakers and cake decorators. It's an very affordable sheeter that uses your stand mixer.
We DON'T want to run afoul of this sites advertising/spamming policy and would like to ask for permission before posting anything. (I realize the sentence above could be considered an add, but I thought I should offer at least something to let you know what we are doing. If it breaches policy, please let me know and I will apologize and refrain from doing it in the future.)
We've tried to reach the owners/administrators through email to no avail.
