I just finished my cakepops, which I usually don’t make, and I have to deliver them on Sunday, which is in a couple of days. How do I store them and keep them nice and fresh? I’m scared putting them in the fridge and having them sweat when I take them out on Sunday.

help!!!!

You don't need to put them in the fridge unless you used some type of perishable frosting (like cream cheese).  They will be fine sitting out in a cool area of your home.  I would just box them up as you would deliver them and put them in a place where they won't get bumped.

I recently had a couple left on a tray that didn't make the cut for an order. I forgot about them and a week later I tried them. Delicious. They weren't doing anything other than sitting open at room temp. I did not have any perishable fillings. I think you're fine to box them up and leave at room temp, unless you have perishable fillings.
