I'm very confused. Last night I searched this forum for edible printing systems. I saw where Icing Images had said that the sponged ink jet cartridges weren't as good as the ink jet cartridges that weren't sponged. I went to Icing Images site and the 3 choices of the systems they offer have the sponged ink jet cartridges. 

Also, the pages I found on this site are older so I'm curious as to which newer models are the best to get. I'm guessing Canon is still the best? But which model? I would really appreciate any help. 

And one more thing...I came across beautiful cakes on this site! You guys are really talented!
